Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Nova Oak Civic Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
