Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Miami area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Miami. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
