Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Miami, FL)

Lumen Bright Financial is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 747 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan applications.
