Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Vale Manufacturing Group is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
