Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

Nova Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
