Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on machine downtime. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
