Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

Nova Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
