Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
