Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
