Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
