Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Nova Meridian Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Madison. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
