Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Quarry Energy Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
