Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
