Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Haven Insurance Group is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 244 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in underwriting files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
