Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Staffing Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
