Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge North Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections.
