Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Haven Medical is a Knoxville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
