Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
