Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Forge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
