Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
