Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Ember Financial is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory reports. • Python or R for analysis.
