Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Summit Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
