Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jackson, MS)

Bright Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jackson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
