Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
