Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Thistle Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
