Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Hollow Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on loads and lanes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
