Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Clear Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
