Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Nest Financial serves customers across Grand Rapids with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing.
