Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Field Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
