Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Glen Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Fort Worth region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
