Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
