Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Thistle Construction is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
