Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fort Worth working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 430 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on survey data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
