Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
