Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
