Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
