Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Meridian Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
