Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations.
