Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Pine Financial is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
