Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Basin Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
