Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Meadow Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
