Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge River Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
