Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Willow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
