Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
