Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Keystone Freight is a Cleveland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
