Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pine Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
