Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Corner Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
