Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
