Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
