Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Quarry Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
